All vendors in our supply chain are certified to AS9100 / ISO9001. As a result, the customer can be confident of their exact requirements are achieved.

Final assembly, inspection and testing is conducted at UHM’s Product Integration and Testing facility in Bangalore.

Our Process

A transparent dialogue to understand the client’s objectives in India.
We work closely with our customers to identify their short and long term strategy and their expectations.
The client’s precise requirements are understood and potential risks assessed and mitigated.
The UHM team will map a clear execution strategy,the supply chain will be defined to facilitate an on-time, in full delivery of the products.
A dedicated UHM team project manager will be appointed to the programme where the skill set matches the requirement of the project.
Where the customers strategy requires UHM will setup a dedicated cell for the programme.
Based on the project we will assess any need for additional specialist suppliers with the expertise necessary and certification needed for the specific programme.
All components sourced from specialist suppliers are carefully inspected and approved by UHM quality department. Full traceability maintained where demanded by project.
Once product is approved by client the production schedule will be planned.
The system integration and final testing is completed at UHM facility in Bangalore complaint with AS9100 Rev D.
UHM prides itself in addressing customers issues and concerns fast irrespective of the project type.

UHM with its system integration and test facility in Bangalore, along with its network of AS9100 / ISO9001 certified vendors, can achieve most customer’s requirements.

Precision Machining

UMAC Hi-Rel Manufacturing and its approved suppliers provide high-quality precision machined components using the latest machines and technology.

5 Axis Machining
5 axis machining is highly accurate with CNC controls to operate a machine which moves a cutting tool or part across 5 axis simultaneously. This extremely precise method is an ideal choice for Aerospace, Defence & Space engineering, which involves manufacturing particularly complex parts using specialist materials.

3D Machining
With 3D CNC machining, virtually any model or technical drawing can take shape to strict specifications.

CNC Turning
CNC turning makes it possible to manufacture multiple components to interact with one another perfectly. CAD (Computer Assisted Drawing) software controls a CNC Lathe machine, which turns materials at high speed while cutting away excess material.

CMM Inspection
Inspection services ensure your aerospace component CAD models and 2D drawings are fully realisable in terms of quality, reliability, and safety a vital step for all Aerospace, Defence & Space engineering projects.
